Vivek has deep-rooted experience & DNA in building and managing technology and services risk management & security companies. His vision in 2003 was to build a company committed to making it easier for organizations to manage their risk and compliance initiatives. Since then he has grown the company from a few committed employees working at his dining room table to a thriving business serving FORTUNE 1000 customers. Under his leadership the company has been named a leader in IT risk and compliance by industry analysts. Prior to Rsam, Vivek was COO of eB Networks and held management and consulting positions at Cap Gemini. He is a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences.
Vivek holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in electrical engineering and a MBA from Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business. He is C.I.S.S.P. certified.
CTO & Co-Founder
Kevin is the technology wizard behind Rsam’s unique approach to information management. After spending years in the trenches as a security and risk consultant working with hundreds of enterprises, he was inspired to create a better way of doing things. In 2003, he began creating a relational database model that grew into the Rsam platform. Today he leads a global team dedicated to continually enhancing Rsam’s solutions to meet customer’s ever-changing and growing requirements. Prior to Rsam, Kevin served FORTUNE 1000 clients as a consultant for Computer Horizons Corporation.
Kevin has a Bachelor’s degree in music from the University of Nevada. He is C.I.S.S.P. certified and author of “Inside the Security Mind: Making the Tough Decisions.”
Chief Revenue Officer
Bill Dedrick serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Rsam. He brings more than 30 years of expertise in the enterprise software industry. He is responsible for driving the global go-to-market strategy and execution of all revenue-generating initiatives. Prior to Rsam, Dedrick was CRO and then President of Ping Identity. During his tenure, revenues grew from $2M in 2005 to over $76M in 2013 and customer base from 20 to over 1200, including 50 of the F100. Additionally, the company achieved a 99% customer sat rating, 95% retention rate and an NPS score of 58. Ping was acquired by Vista Equity Partners in June of 2016 for $600M.
Senior VP, Finance
Jim is the financial steward of Rsam. Since joining the company, he has implemented new and improved accounting, tax and operational reporting systems and disciplines. Prior to Rsam, Jim held leadership roles at SAI Global across the Compliance and Information Services divisions, as well as Travelport, Atos Origin, LabCorp, AGS Computers and Johnson & Johnson.
Jim is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Rutgers University.
VP, Human Resources
Kumud champions employee hiring, engagement and career development at Rsam, while fostering a strong culture. She brings more than 20 years of U.S. and international human resources experience to the company. Within a year of joining Rsam, Kumud helped the company nearly double its employee base. Prior to Rsam, she helped to design world-class HR programs at companies like Navitas and Revitas, Amplify and Steria. She also has experience with Merger and Acquisition teams conducting due diligence and business integration planning for operations across the US, India, Canada, LATAM and UK.
Kumud holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and is a SHRM- Senior Certified Professional.
Senior VP, Services
Paul Zymba represents the voice of the customer at Rsam, helping to ensure they achieve the most value from their partnership with Rsam solution on Day One and into the future. He leads teams in professional services, customer education and support, cloud production operations and customer success. Since joining Rsam, Paul’s team has instilled best practices into product and service delivery, including creating baseline methodologies that enable customers to go live with their solutions in 30 days. Prior to Rsam, Paul was VP of Global Services at Mendix, VP of Global Services at Veracode and VP of Consulting for North America at JDA America.
Paul is a graduate of Northeastern University.
Gowri Sankar Sivaprasad
Senior VP, Engineering & Managing Director of Rsam India
Gowri drives product development innovation for Rsam and is also head of the company’s India operations. He has more than doubled the size of the development team and has established solid processes that allow Rsam to scale its product platform while ensuring the highest quality. Gowri has more than 23 years of experience in this field. Prior to Rsam he held leadership positions at Amber Road India, Sun Microsystems and Oracle.
Gowri holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University and a Master’s degree in Finance and Marketing from Santa Clara University.
Senior VP of Marketing
Gary brings more than 20 years of marketing and sales development experience to the Rsam team. He will lead all aspects of Rsam’s multi-function global marketing and sales development organization. His experience spans market strategy, positioning, content development, demand and lead generation, digital marketing and social programs, as well as communications, public relations and analyst relations. Prior to Rsam, Gary was with NTT Security as the SVP of Global Marketing. He has held other very successful executive sales and marketing positions in the software and services industry with Solutionary, Rockwell Automation, IBM and HDJ & Associates, Inc.
Gary received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Fairmont State University.
Senior VP of Product Management
Smitha brings more than 20 years of product management experience to the Rsam team. Her experience spans developing business strategy, product vision and strategy, roadmap development and product go-to-market for consumer and enterprise SaaS products, working extensively with cross-functional teams across the globe. Prior to Rsam, Smitha was the Chief Product Owner for the Insurance Services business unit at ADP. She has held other very successful product management leadership roles in the software industry with NetApp, McAfee, Juniper Networks, CA Technologies and Compaq.
Smitha holds her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business. She is Pragmatic Marketing certified.
VP of Sales
Bradley Paster is our VP of Sales where he brings more than 20 years of expertise in the enterprise software industry. Bradley’s focus is on building a world class sales organization to help our clients address their most challenging risk and compliance needs. Bradley came to Rsam from Bloomberg L.P. where he lead and drove record growth across North America and Canada for Bloomberg’s messaging, compliance and risk offering. Prior to Bloomberg, Bradley was SVP of Sales at Weblayers and VP of OEM Sales at Autonomy.
Bradley holds both a BA and MPA from Clark University.
VP of Business Development
Jaimin represents the partner strategy and execution at Rsam, working closely with our ecosystem of partners from Strategic Alliances, Channel Partners, Managed Service Providers and Technology Partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies to drive growth with our partners. Jaimin has a strong reputation for driving growth and acting as a trusted advisor with some of the largest partners in the industry. Prior to Rsam, Jaimin has held leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Software, Iron Mountain, and Fidelity Investments.
Jaimin holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and a M.S. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
