GRC Flourishes in the Birthplace of Frank Sinatra & Baseball

Last week, Rsam customers from around the world gathered in Hoboken, New Jersey for our annual user conference. This year was special in many ways, as it marked not only our largest user conference to date, but also the first since we launched Rsam version 8 this summer.

I want to thank everyone who attended, and a special thank you to the many customers who presented their GRC use cases.  With your support, we had a packed agenda that included customer case studies and some really great conversations, questions and interactions.  Watching customers interact with each other was awesome. And judging by the feedback, it was very beneficial for everyone.

From the road trip to the taping of David Letterman where we got to see President Bill Clinton, to the party bus ride to the pawnshop which disguised a fantastic NYC restaurant in what Alla calls “the last gritty neighborhood in NYC”, there was certainly plenty of opportunities to network and interact.

For those who couldn’t attend, you missed a great event, but there’s always next year.  In the meantime, check out the online customer community for access to the presentations and the photo album from this year’s event. And  mark your calendars for  September 16-17, 2014  for the next  Rsam User Conference in Hoboken – the birthplace of Frank Sinatra and baseball.
